Couldn't sleep because I was uncomfortable and it was just sort of one of those tired for 5 minutes and then O.O I went on Twitter and someone had written that someone had "defaced" a Sandra Bland mural writing "All Lives Matter" over "Black Lives Matter." To me, that says that ONLY black lives matter, so I said so. I don't see the problem, but others did and, yeah...
Ya know, I get it, I do. I'm not black, I don't live their lives, I don't deal with what they deal with, I don't know their pain. I just know pain. Pain of every type. And there are millions of people here and around the world suffering oppression and injustice. Police brutality is most often directed at people of color, I DO NOT dispute that. But it happens everywhere to everyone of every race, color and creed.
These people are armed, in high stress situations too often and they get sick of it, they snap, or they were just batshit to begin with. Every fucking one of them abuses their power. What are you gonna do when you've got a gun to your head? It doesn't have to be just that. Look at the Sandra Bland incident. A traffic stop turns her into a corpse. Suicide or no, there's something wrong there. I've been stopped a lot, I like going fast. I've had nice cops that just handle it, I've been frisked and felt up by perverts. The last time I overdosed, they showed up and searched my room for heroin to charge me with. They didn't find anything, but that's nice. If you live, it's the klink, bitch!
Black lives matter. All lives matter. There are people of all types that've had their lives cut short or are sitting in jail on trumped up charges. There is a very real fight going on between the black community and police across the country and it's been that way forever. Believe me, I may not fully understand your plight, but I see it. And it disgusts me. I don't believe for a second that the confederate flag is a symbol of southern pride, it's symbolic of their sick ideals. I smiled when they took it down. I take to Twitter and tear into these fucking redneck assholes who think it's still 1832. They hate me, too! A godless dyke who had a kid out of wedlock, AND does drugs? Y'all's goin ta hell!
There needs to be a united front. This movement matters but the media uses it to group us and separate. The blacks, the whites, the straights, gays, trans, Republican, Democrat, it all creates separation. They want it separated because they want us to get mad that so and so isn't getting airtime while the other guy is. They need it to survive. They love stoking the fire and provoking people. Once it ignites, they're right there filming it, 24 fucking 7. It's such a catastrophe! It's martial law! Here comes the National Guard, because we need tanks and automatic weapons to quell these animals!
Then Mary Jane Suburbia sees it and gets on Facebook to vent about how these awful people are bringing about chaos and destruction to an innocent community she's 2,000 miles away from. Then it trends and the cop sitting at his computer in thong panties and nylons with his Swatztika arm band and SS cap jerking off into the confederate flag sees it, he's gotta save the race!
You see? It's a cycle and we're all just feeding into it, There are people of different races at these protests and rallies, which is good, But how about we take some advice from Howard Beale over there? We've all gotta get mad as hell. In Europe, the governments fear the people. When the government oversteps its bounds, there are riots and protests. Everyone works to change it. Everybody here fears the government. "Fuck you! I'm not getting arrested" Sandra Bland got died because she challenged an officers authority. Even if it was a suicide, the blame falls on them because they precipitated it. Rob's brother got punched, pistol whipped verbally abused and spent the night in jail handcuffed to a bed. He's white, but he was from Brockton (predominantly minorities and is a low income city) so they said "You think you're a nigger? We'll treat you like we treat them." At a Massachusetts State Police barracks. They even turned the cameras off and didn't hit him in the face, His public defender told him not to bother,.. *Sigh*
So, I don't know what I'm trying to say... I feel tired again. I just want this whole fucking picture blown up. The corruption is everywhere. We've got too many cops drunk on power, too many corrupt politicians, too much poverty, drugs... I don't have an answer for any of it, but I'd like to help find one, I'm sure there were a few lives snuffed out tonight, but here, Tom Brady's deflated footballs are center stage and now they're gonna waste federal court time on it. Beautiful.
I'm sorry if I upset anyone, it wasn't my intention. If you wanna blast me with insults, go ahead. But this Junkie, dyke, lowlife, queer, deviant, degenerate, unfit mother does care, but I see others suffering too and I don't want them ignored.
