Corruption breeding division. LIFE MATTERS

Couldn't sleep because I was uncomfortable and it was just sort of one of those tired for 5 minutes and then O.O I went on Twitter and someone had written that someone had "defaced" a Sandra Bland mural writing "All Lives Matter" over "Black Lives Matter." To me, that says that ONLY black lives matter, so I said so. I don't see the problem, but others did and, yeah...

Ya know, I get it, I do. I'm not black, I don't live their lives, I don't deal with what they deal with, I don't know their pain. I just know pain. Pain of every type. And there are millions of people here and around the world suffering oppression and injustice. Police brutality is most often directed at people of color, I DO NOT dispute that. But it happens everywhere to everyone of every race, color and creed.

These people are armed, in high stress situations too often and they get sick of it, they snap, or they were just batshit to begin with. Every fucking one of them abuses their power. What are you gonna do when you've got a gun to your head? It doesn't have to be just that. Look at the Sandra Bland incident. A traffic stop turns her into a corpse. Suicide or no, there's something wrong there. I've been stopped a lot, I like going fast. I've had nice cops that just handle it, I've been frisked and felt up by perverts. The last time I overdosed, they showed up and searched my room for heroin to charge me with. They didn't find anything, but that's nice. If you live, it's the klink, bitch!

Black lives matter. All lives matter. There are people of all types that've had their lives cut short or are sitting in jail on trumped up charges. There is a very real fight going on between the black community and police across the country and it's been that way forever. Believe me, I may not fully understand your plight, but I see it. And it disgusts me. I don't believe for a second that the confederate flag is a symbol of southern pride, it's symbolic of their sick ideals. I smiled when they took it down. I take to Twitter and tear into these fucking redneck assholes who think it's still 1832. They hate me, too! A godless dyke who had a kid out of wedlock, AND does drugs? Y'all's goin ta hell!

There needs to be a united front. This movement matters but the media uses it to group us and separate. The blacks, the whites, the straights, gays, trans, Republican, Democrat, it all creates separation. They want it separated because they want us to get mad that so and so isn't getting airtime while the other guy is. They need it to survive. They love stoking the fire and provoking people. Once it ignites, they're right there filming it, 24 fucking 7. It's such a catastrophe! It's martial law! Here comes the National Guard, because we need tanks and automatic weapons to quell these animals!

Then Mary Jane Suburbia sees it and gets on Facebook to vent about how these awful people are bringing about chaos and destruction to an innocent community she's 2,000 miles away from. Then it trends and the cop sitting at his computer in thong panties and nylons with his Swatztika arm band and SS cap jerking off into the confederate flag sees it, he's gotta save the race!

You see? It's a cycle and we're all just feeding into it, There are people of different races at these protests and rallies, which is good, But how about we take some advice from Howard Beale over there? We've all gotta get mad as hell. In Europe, the governments fear the people. When the government oversteps its bounds, there are riots and protests. Everyone works to change it. Everybody here fears the government. "Fuck you! I'm not getting arrested" Sandra Bland got died because she challenged an officers authority. Even if it was a suicide, the blame falls on them because they precipitated it. Rob's brother got punched, pistol whipped verbally abused and spent the night in jail handcuffed to a bed. He's white, but he was from Brockton (predominantly minorities and is a low income city) so they said "You think you're a nigger? We'll treat you like we treat them." At a Massachusetts State Police barracks. They even turned the cameras off and didn't hit him in the face, His public defender told him not to bother,.. *Sigh*

So, I don't know what I'm trying to say... I feel tired again. I just want this whole fucking picture blown up. The corruption is everywhere. We've got too many cops drunk on power, too many corrupt politicians, too much poverty, drugs... I don't have an answer for any of it, but I'd like to help find one, I'm sure there were a few lives snuffed out tonight, but here, Tom Brady's deflated footballs are center stage and now they're gonna waste federal court time on it. Beautiful.

Reibun's Guide to Downloading Streaming Media

One of my many talents that doesn't require me to take my clothes off is altering media. I've versed myself in video and audio editing in many formats. Before most computers had DVD burners, I was converting movies I downloaded from P2P networks to VCD/SVCD, moved on to DVD, I even had a few hundred illegal video games at one point. Yes, I am a pirate.

Things have changed a great deal since the late 90's and early 2000's. Streaming sites like YouTube and ever-growing caches of disk space have made these skills nearly obsolete. Everything is a click or a small fee away. Lazy, lazy world... *Sigh*

What I'm about to give you is nearly foolproof and so simple, Kim Kardashian could do it. It IS NOT illegal. You're not stealing bandwith, you're using just as much as you would by streaming it. Half the shit on YT is violating copyrights by being there, they get away with it by citing Fair Use and can't argue that an MP3 is stealing when a cache file of the same size isn't. They can't win the argument, not to mention, they lost a lot of money the last time they called their customers thieves and sued them.

Anywho! Here are the best sites to use...

Convert Files

This one is multipurpose. It does video and audio and supports many codecs. The people who run it also have several side sites and apps for more specific use. The only downside is that they have a 250 MB file size limit. No full DVDs for you! It's relatively ad free and works quick most of the time.


Save From

This works just as well as Convert Files, if not better. It doesn't convert to MP3, but DOES do MP4 audio and video along with several others. It's compatible with nearly every major streaming site and some that aren't as well known.

Soundcloud Downloader

This is just to download MP3s from SoundCloud. It rips in 128 KBPS which kinda sucks for SC exclusives, but it's free, right?

All these sites are pretty self-explanatory and have instructions right there. These are all safe and nearly devoid of the advertising that most of these things require to exist. If you see apps and shit that are advertising that they DL from YouTube or whatever, just use these sites. If they're being advertised, they most likely contain Adware or worse. You don't want Kim Jong Uhn's Apple II hack squad stealing your naughty pics, do you?!

Haji (Toxic Strawberry) - Coma White (Cover)

Haji is best known (which isn't much at all) for her days in the female industrial band sawDUST in me. After they called it quits in 2009, she went on to form Toxic Strawberry (originally the band used the Japanese form -togi ichigo-) which seems to now be deceased or on a hiatus also. 

Haji's music isn't everyone's cup of tea, I'll admit. Whether it be the harsh tone of the music or the screaming/death vocals (It was actually Hinowa moreso in sawDUST), a lot of people didn't like it. This is not at all like that.

Released in 1998 on his Mechanical Animals album, Marilyn Manson's Coma White spoke up about how drug saturated our culture is (it was the main theme of the album, Coma White wrapped it up) and it became an anthem for many, including myself. Obviously I'm not gonna link to Manson's version, but you shouldn't have any trouble finding it. Haji's versjon is gorgeous and in (very well spoken) English.

Trying to escape this rut...

I've been feeling pretty shitty about my appearance since I had my surgery. I've been in so much pain and so focussed on getting better that the way I look has just been a non-issue. I spend most days in leggings or shorts and t-shirts. I usually put on makeup in the morning, but I rarely end up reapplying or touching it up during the day. I know that I'm doing the right thing by putting my health first, but I just feel like I've let myself go recently.

I've been dealing with quite a bit of depression because of this, along with several other things, including the fact that my meds aren't keeping me as stable as they once were. I'm tired of dwelling on it, so I got up this morning and fucking did something about it.

Pink wig decorated, did my eyebrows, put on fake lashes, lip gloss and one of my lolita dresses that I usually reserve for Rainbow Hime. I feel more like me today than I have been lately. My mom is taking me out to dinner tonight, so I'll be wearing this for that. I also plan on taking Lacebun to Yamato Steakhouse, where we went on our first real date, when she gets back. :3 What will I wear for that? It's a surprise! 

...Because I don't even know yet! XD

Kawaii ne!!!!

So I was telling darling that I'd heard little kitten meows most of last night. I don't see many cats roaming around outside, so I was worried that someone had abandoned them in the woods near our house or something. I left big bowls of food and water on the deck last night before I went to bed just incase they were nearby and hungry.

When I woke up this morning, this little cutie was on the deck having breakfast! :3 I didn't want her to run away, so I approached her cautiously (as a gimp on a cane possibly can) but she didn't flinch. I gave her my hand and let her check me out and as she was doing so, two more came out! They both look like her but they were a bit more shy.

Being that Ophelia is some sort of feral/housecat hybrid, I couldn't risk her or Juliet (who was at the door observing with her tail in the air and her cattitude in full effect) attacking the babies. I left them for a minute and found a box, then came back and brought them into the bedroom where they were until my mom came. 

We brought them to a shelter where they're being checked out and vaccinated and all that stuff. I really hope they're okay! I have no idea where they came from or how long they were out there, I'm just glad I found them. And I might've adopted the first baby I found... >.> 

Speaking of cute creatures, Lacebun is well today! :3 Her uncle is semi-conscious and it's looking good for him to make a full recovery. She's going to see him this afternoon and she'll be doing a blog post of her own sometime today. She thinks she'll be home on Monday, provided her uncle doesn't suffer any setbacks. She's overjoyed that I found the kittens and that we've got another addition to the petting zoo coming soon.

Right. Time to put on my workout stuff and wait for my helper lady to show up... -__-

Maiko of Blood makeup

I don't know a third of what Lacebun does about makeup. Most days I put a little on my face and do my eye makeup, that's it. (Hiding scars notwithstanding) Unless I'm doing one of my characters or going somewhere special, I guess I'm just lazy like that. I can be a very visual person, I just prefer to do it through crazy outfits or wigs moreso than makeup.

That said, when I do put on a lot of makeup, I tend to take it over-the-top, as you can see here. All those pictures really consist of is white costume makeup (some people call it corpse paint), a little mascara and a dab of lipstick. 

I did this post just because I'm thinking of Lace and also to pile onto Darlingbun's list of potential looks to try. ^^ :3 (Maiko = Geisha in training, by the way)

Lacebun Update 1

So she had chance to get to the hospital and see him for a brief period. Turns out that he was working underneath an old truck he'd recently gotten and something came loose and crashed onto his head. Luckily, he had a friend with him as he lives on quite a large chunk of land in the middle of nowhere. He wouldn't come to and they had to med-flight him. His brain is swollen and he's essentially in a medically induced coma right now. They're expecting him to pull through, but they don't know the extent of the damage just yet.

Lace sounded much calmer having seen him and hearing what she did. She managed to find a toy bunny in the gift shop and left that and a few other things, along with a card in his room. He'll know who it's from should she not be present when he wakes up. :3

Her parents were taking her out for dinner and she just wants to relax tonight. I'll be talking to her before she goes to bed, so if there's anything else to report, I'll update again.

Emergency Departure

I just wanted to post real quick and let you know that Lacebun is on her way to Michigan as I type this. She got a call from her mom this afternoon letting her know that her uncle John had suffered a head injury while working on his property this morning and has been hospitalized and is presently unconscious. She didn't have a lot of details, but she was very upset and had to go immediately.

Janice took her to the airport with just the things she brought to work with her this morning and got her on the first flight out. Her uncle is such an amazing, nice guy and he's been there for everything in her life. I talked to her until she was about to board and she's stressed, but she'll be okay. Her parents will be at the airport when she gets there and she has more than enough stuff there in terms of clothing, entertainment, etc.

She doesn't know how long she'll be there, but I told her to stay as long as she needs to. I'll be fine, my mom will be looking in on me once a day and Janice said to let her know if I need anything, also.

I feel so bad for her. It's like she's been through one medical mess after another between my shit, her appendix and now this. I also feel horrible that I couldn't be there to comfort her while she was so upset... *Sigh* She said that she didn't want me to cause myself any pain or anything by going out, but I would've happily done it. Should this drag on or show signs of going any further downhill, I will be on the first plane out.

I love you, sweetheart. Please take care and call me any time, day or night. I'll post updates as info becomes available. Don't worry about blogging or anything, baby doll. You use that big heart and warm soul of yours to help get him healthy. :3

I'm not a republican, a democrat, I know I registered as an independent once upon a time... This isn't about a political allegiance. I don't endorse or agree with his views on John McCain, I just love this great hypocrisy we live in.

The man is exercising his freedom of speech in an election campaign!!! XD But noooo, he says what he thinks! Gotta get rid of him! The media has been stirring up this shitstorm since day one. And most of the country is chomping at the bit for him to say or do something else that the media tells them to be offended by.

You have every right to be offended by what he says, I don't give a fuck. He has you right where he wants you. Eating out of his goddamn hand and not giving his opponents an iota of attention. So when it comes time to pick a nominee, nobody is gonna know shit about anybody but him.

All day, all weekend they were hammering home how his lead in the polls was before the McCain thing. I wouldn't be surprised if the next polls still have him ahead. People are sick and fucking tired of lies and fake fucking candidates who don't deliver on anything. And I don't care, not a goddamn born and breed American hasn't at one point or another thought negatively of illegal immigration. That's what he was talking about, from the way I heard it. Somehow it's turned into a declaration of war on all hispanics.

I doubt he'll win, but I want to see it happen. Because even if he can't right this sinking ship, he'll piss off enough of the world to send the ICBM's racing in to finish it off.

Happy Birthday, Baby Girl!

So today is my Juliet's 5th birthday! She doesn't understand what all the fuss is about, just that there's more food and treats than normal. I love her so much and she really is my other kid. She's had personality since day one and it has only grown since I got her. Don't get me wrong, I love all of our animals, but Juliet is my shadow and my companion and I haven't ever had this kind of connection to an animal.

See, there's that personality! She was just a kitten here and already a badass. ;) Mommy had lots of cuts at the time. ^^;

REMNANT

REMNANT is a rather obscure band from Tokyo. They're relatively unknown, even within the online Jrock community. Even still, this band formed in 2009 and have been dotting the world, playing small clubs all over Europe and Japan. (I don't think they've been to the US yet)

REMNANT's style doesn't really fit neatly into any one category. They're usually described or tagged as an industrial band, but they're so much more. They incorporate a lot of ethereal, mellow sound as well. Marie (vocals) helps that along extremely well with her soft, soothing voice.

They've had two "official" releases in Fragments of the dark (2011) and MisanthroPia (2013). Both are incredible, but they also distribute lots of Live Only singles. A lot of people see that as unfair or over-merchandising, but it is essential to their survival to do it. Where the band is so unknown, they put a lot of this stuff on their Soundcloud, which I will link you to at the end of this post.

Bunny Girl Worship

Lace has done so much for me over the course of our relationship. There's hardly an aspect of my life that she HASN'T helped improve or completely overhaul. Since my surgery, she's not only busting her ass at work to help support us, she's taken on the role of caretaker and nurse when she gets home.

I'm better than I have been recently, but the pain is still there, my body is weak and I need help with a lot of things. I don't have a visiting nurse anymore as it's no longer medically necessary. But my mom hired a woman she knows who is a personal trainer by profession. I can't do physical therapy. I swear, nothing they do has ever helped and it just sets me back. So this lady comes and helps me with getting my mobility back and she helps around the house.

She helped me make my honey bunny a lovely spaghetti dinner, including my meatballs which I told her to forget what she saw after preparing them. :p When Lace got home tonight, I wasn't wearing anything... That picture on her blog just put me over Horny Hill and I jumped her little bunny bones. Well, more like hobbled to her and stuck my tongue down her throat... :3

I made tonight entirely about her. And it wasn't just sex (we only fucked twice!), just lots of little things. The dinner (she's been cooking every night), I lit candles, incense, made the house spotless and smell good, just a nice, calm atmosphere. (Juliet and Crumb chasing each other around, notwithstanding *Sigh*) I gave her a neck, back, and foot rub and did some "grooming" for her, too. ^^ She was over the moon happy for all of this and she went to bed very relaxed and happy. She's actually been sleeping calmly for a change and she's cuddled up to me as I type this, along with that psychotic Grumpy Bunny who's staring at me... *Hides*

Asche zu Asche, tatsächlich

The title translates to "Ashes to Ashes, indeed" and it's how I feel about where Blutengel stands musically right now. (Asche zu Asche was one of the singles off the 2015 album, Omen)

I don't mind or fear change, especially in art. You can only do the same thing for so long before it gets stale and becomes tiresome. Ever since Monument in 2013, Chris Pohl has been implementing new elements into Blutengel's music. More orchestral sounds, they started touring with live drummers, guitarists and bassists. Not inherently bad, it sounds nice and it's fresh.

They also did Black Symphonies: An Orchestral Journey, in which select tracks were reworked with claasical instrumentation. They did a tour for that, too. It wasn't my cup of tea. It sounded great when I first read about it, but it just didn't translate for me. Goth club songs don't have the same feel that way and it just reached too far for me.

With bringing all these things together, its all sort of found its way into the base product and the live shows and I'm just not feeling any of it... I haven't heard Omen in its entirety, so I'm not going to judge it, but I did listen to a bootleg of the 15 Jahre (Year) anniversary tour from Leipzig and just...no...

So many of the old tracks and even the newer ones have acoustic accompaniments and all this crap that isn't anything this band has ever done or been about. Some of the songs (Especially Black Roses) benefit from the live drums and keep their old identities alive, but I heard a version of Über den Horizont (Over the Horizon) that sounded so unecessesarily overdone that I just couldn't believe my ears.

It was plenty somber in electronic form, it didn't need acoustic guitar and stupid wind chimey crap. I understand the need for change and growth, but I also understand when its time to move on and I think I'm at that point now.

I'm not one of those fans that plays the "they sold out" card. I don't listen to things because they're "unpopular" or "underground", I listen to them because they're unique and they speak to me. And yes, Blutengel is bigger than ever before and as such there's more pressure to make a more universally embraced type of music. That isn't MY type of music and therefore I'd rather just keep the good memories.

So I've been playing yet another different game lately. However, this is unlike any other game I've played in so many ways. Gravity Rush was released in 2012 on PS Vita. It brings something unique to the table with its innovative gameplay and use of just about all of the Vita's functionality.

The story centers around Kat, a girl who is befallen with amnesia and wakes up after a cataclysmic event not knowing who or where she is. She also has a mysterious black cat who she later names Dusty following her around. But the cataclysm isn't quite over. Just a little bit of free exploring brings her upon a man whose son and home has been swept up in a dark vortex that has torn the city apart as well.

Someone has to do something and Kat is asked by the man to help. Kat did survive HER fall, after all, though she doesn't remember it. Dusty sort of beckons her on to help, they can sort of communicate, although Dusty's entire dialogue consists of "Meow." She's been granted a mysterious power and Dusty seems to be the key to it, she can defy and manipulate gravity.

The gameplay is unique in that no one has done this before. Kat can fly for limited spurts to any surface in the open world environment. As you level her up, flight and other attributes improve and last longer. She doesn't just fly anywhere, though, youhave to direct her. For instance, initiating flight just sends her upward a bit. Using either the Vita's tilt functions or the right stick, you direct her where to go and launch her there. It doesn't matter whether the surface is vertical, horizontal, upside-down, she will stick to it until the gravity meter runs out. Even then, you don't have to worry about her falling to her death. She'll crash and knock down people or break objects, but that's it.

Upon rescuing the boy in danger, Kat isn't given thanks or treated as a hero by the man she helped. He berates her for not saving his house, as does the boy she saved. She runs off, upset but not deterred. She's going to help people with this gift, find out who she is, and what is going on.

I love this game. The gameplay is amazing, Kat is such an awesome, dynamic character and THE ART! While cel-shaded graphics are nothing new, this game could give most animated films a run for their money. Those that get motion sick from games might wanna think twice, but even just watching this played and following the story will satisfy.

I haven't done a lot of screencaps, but here are a few I've done...

Bunch of people that I scooped up in a Stasis Field (Energy/Gravity that Kat uses to move and throw people and objects around)

This is one of the types of cutscenes in the game. There are traditional cutscenes using the in-game characters, then there are these that are presented like manga/comic panels that you advance by swiping the touch screen. They can also be viewed in further detail by tilting the Vita in different directions. 3D, if you will.

This is Kat's house... In a sewer pipe... She has to find a place to rest and finds this abandoned pipe in a giant underground labyrinth of sewers beneath the city. Early in the game, she has to go around looking for things for her home like a bed, chair, etc. and use the Stasis Field to bring them back. You can save, warp to linked manholes around the city and later on, outfits become available to change into.

Just kicking at some bitch here... You can't attack civilians, but you can scare them and topple them by falling out of the sky/off buildings. HIYA Shameful whorebag!

Lace came home from work and I'd just woken up from my nap. She asked if I'd like to go for an ice cream once I'd woken up and she'd had a chance to change. It wasn't sickeningly hot or humid like it has been and it seemed like a nice night for it. Sure. We went about a half hour later.

Everything was fine when we got there and it wasn't that busy. We got our cones and sat at a picnic bench to eat them. I can't sit up straight for long, so I sorta had to lean on Lace a bit to be able to stay and finish the whole thing. We ended up tasting each others cones and we gave each other a couple innocent little kisses, no tongue or anything like that. Well, apparently someone had taken a keen interest in our little date.

"You two wanna come home with me?" It took us a minute to find the voice, but it was some fuckwit in his daddy's Lexus. He couldn't have been more than 18. We just ignored him at first, this isn't uncommon. "I got the real thing, ladies! No strap-on tonight..." I didn't yell, I just said it loud enough so he could hear. "You're on your own. Go fuck yourself!" Lace was getting a little anxious and wanted to leave, so she started cleaning up our area and helped me get upright. "Oooh, I've never fucked a cripple." There were a couple of mothers there with their kids and they just looked at this guy like"Really, asshole?"

We just headed to the car. I would've done something or said something if I weren't on the cane and hurting like nobody's business. I thought we were okay until Lace was about to pull out of the lot and he drove up beside us. "Fuckin dyke whores!" Then he threw his shake or whatever the fuck he had at the car and it went everywhere... He sped off and we had to go back and get napkins to clean off the car and me. Luckily one of the moms there was nice enough to help, as did one of the girls that worked there.

What the fuck is wrong with people? I don't care. You trot out all the "equal rights" and Caitlyn Jenners you want. Nothing fucking changes. To your average person, especially men, Lace and I are nothing more than what we do in the bedroom. Forget  that we love each other, forget that we like the same things, share a home, it doesn't fucking matter. All we are to them are pussy eating sex fiends, might as well not even be human.

Game Girls

I'm really tired of the argument that says female game characters place unrealistic expectations on women. And yes, there are people who do. Does anyone ever stop to think that it's fantasy? Do you wanna play as some lardass in jeans and a t-shirt or some "regular" girl when you're saving the world or what have you?

And they're not all big titted, scantily clad whores either. There are plenty of great characters that are smart, strong, and unique. Even the scantily clad ones often have great backstories, are tough as nails and have a brain. Too many people get caught up in the outward appearance and either shy away or play in secrecy.

Dead Or Alive is one of the most popular targets for the people shouting "SEXISM!" or "ONLY PERVS PLAY THAT!" Yes, the roster is primarily female. Yes, their huge tits defy the laws of physics. And yes, you can now buy DLC to put the characters in skimpier outfits. And it is ever so lovely. :3

Does anyone stop to think that these women are FIGHTERS?! That DOA is pound for pound the best fighting game on earth? Because it is and it improves every time. It's over the top FUN that's easy to pick up, but nearly impossible to master. But we get so hung up on the big titty girls and the skimpy outfits...

Here's the truth: DOA 5 finally gave fans a fully fleshed out, coherent story mode. The gameplay is incredible, with each fighter having a unique fighting style. Match up someone like Mila (MMA) against someone like Pai (Kung Fu) and Pai's combination strikes while in close are gonna win every time. (I just went about 20 rounds with her. Pai: 19 Rei/Mila: 1) And yes, PAI, from Virtua Fighter. (Along with Akira, Sarah Bryant, Lau, maybe one or two more) If Yu Suzuki is willing to put his characters from the game that invented 3D fighting games, that says A LOT about how good DOA is.

I read it on Twitter and game sites all the time... People talking about how they play DOA and other games with half-naked women in them when people are away or whatever. IT'S A GAME! Unless you're sitting there with lotion and tissues, who gives a fuck? We really need to come out of our shells as a race of people. (It's not just an American thing) There's no actual nudity and even if there were, they're polygons... Shaming people for playing games or watching porn, etc, just sends them further into their own shells. It creates perverts. We're sexual beings. We have urges, desires and needs and games like DOA put a lot of them into one package.

And if anyone is interested in a great game with a female heroine, Assassins Creed III Liberation is worth a look. Its lead is a half black, half white orphan taken into the home of some aristocrats as a child in 1760's Louisiana and then falls into the order. The fact that they only released it on Vita is a shame, because it's really beautiful and Aveline is a character that could inspire female gamers and developers to make more like her. *EDIT* Liberation is getting a makeover for consoles!!!! *Throws money at GameStop*

Nearly every game I've been playing lately has a female lead/main character or supporting playable character. Maybe we should celebrate that, embrace it and hope for more instead of just focusing on looks and what they're wearing (or aren't wearing).

Timothy was playing Mortal Kombat X (I may be raising a serial killer... Oh n0es!) and I decided to go check the mail. I know the mailmans schedule better than I know my menstrual cycle, there are at least two packsges every other day... eh heh.

I met the mailman at the box, hobbling on my cane as I tend to do now. He had a package for Lace and a bunch of other bills and shit I didn't want.

Up and Down day...

I've been in various states of happy and unhappy today. Of course I'm elated that my baby is here, that sorta goes without saying. But my pain level has been crazy today and I haven't been able to do much... I feel like an asshole for bringing him here while I'm in this state. I've apologized numerous times, but he assures me he's just happy to be here with me.

It has been a bit crazy the past few days and I know I've been pushing myself too hard. Today was spent mostly indoors by all of us. We were out watching the fireworks last night and it was a great time, but he was overtired and cranky when we got home. When he got up this morning, Lace was in the shower and he got in bed with me, kneeing me right in the scar/cyborg parts as he tried getting comfortable... Yeah, just a little freakout... >.>;

Obviously, that's not the sole cause of today's pain, I'm sore every day. I did apologize for yelling so much.

It's depressing not being able to do regular things that you've always been able to do without a second thought, let alone playing with the kid you've neglected for half of his life... Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
